Understanding Our Refunds

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Below are the detailed cancellation charges for safari zones and hotel packages. Please review them carefully before initiating a cancellation request.

1. Safari Permit Cancellations

Maharashtra Zones

(Kolitmara, Khubala, Sillari, Chorbahuli, Khursapar, Surewani, Banera, Paoni, Mogarkasa)

1 Day Before: 100% Deducted
2 - 7 Days Before: 75% Deducted
8 - 15 Days Before: 50% Deducted
> 15 Days Before: 25% Deducted

MP Buffer Zones

(Teliya, Rukhad, Masurnala, Khumbhpani, Khawasa)

Within 2 Days: 100% Deducted
2 - 14 Days Before: 75% Deducted
15 - 29 Days Before: 50% Deducted
> 30 Days Before: 25% Deducted

MP Core Zones

(Touria, Karmajhiri, Jhamtara)

Within 48 Hours: 100% Deducted
2+ Days Before: Fee of ₹3500

Core zone permits are highly restrictive.

2. Hotel & Package Cancellations

Percentages apply to the total tour cost, excluding Safari fees.

< 48 hours or No Show: NO REFUND
2 to 6 Days Prior: 50% Deducted
7 to 14 Days Prior: 40% Deducted

15 to 29 Days Prior: 30% Deducted
30+ Days Prior: 20% Deducted

3. General Policies & Guidelines

Written Intimation: Cancellations must be sent via email to cancellation@junglesafaribharat.in. Requests sent to any other email or via phone are invalid.
Government Changes: Any sudden hikes in taxes, permit fees, or fuel costs implemented by the Government will be charged extra.
Booking Failures: If a safari is not successfully booked by our team due to technical errors or seat unavailability, a full 100% refund will be processed immediately.
Peak Season: Separate, stricter cancellation policies may apply during major festivals like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year.
Liabilities: We are not liable for refunds arising from Force Majeure events (strikes, extreme weather, VIP movements, park closures).
No Zone Guarantee: Safari zones are strictly subject to availability. We reserve the right to change requested zones if required by the Forest Department.
Jurisdiction: All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.

Important Processing Note

All cancellation requests must be submitted via the official email and will be processed based on the date the email is received. The actual Tour Dates are not counted when calculating the number of days prior to cancellation.
