Booking Policies

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. These guidelines ensure transparency and a smooth experience for all our guests.

General Terms

  • Jungle Safari Bharat accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Direct Bank Deposits as valid payment methods.
  • Please ensure all payments are made only to the official company accounts to avoid fraud.
  • Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour.
  • Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount at the time of booking.
  • Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable by the government.
  • Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels unless a specific upgrade is requested and paid for.
  • Upgrading to a higher room category will incur extra costs, which are payable directly to the hotel or agency.
  • Standard Hotel Policy: Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Please ensure the correct ages of all passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties or entry issues during travel.
  • If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel due to unforeseen circumstances, a hotel of similar standard will be provided.
  • For bookings with 3 persons sharing a room, 1 room with an extra mattress/roll-away bed will be provided.
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari permit fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date and charged accordingly.
  • The company is not liable for any accidents, loss/theft of personal belongings, or damage to luggage during the tour.
  • Important: After finalizing the tour cost, if there are any hikes in permit fees, museum entry, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the difference will be charged as extra.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational, weather, or administrative circumstances.
  • Please note that standard rates may not be valid for long weekends or festival dates (e.g., New Year, Christmas, Diwali). Surcharges may apply.
