General Terms

• Jungle Safari Bharat accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Direct Bank Deposits as valid payment methods.
• Please ensure all payments are made only to the official company accounts to avoid fraud. We are not liable for payments made to unauthorized personal accounts.
• Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled prior to arrival or at the start of the tour.
• Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable by the government.
• Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels/resorts unless a specific upgrade is requested and paid for in advance.
• Standard Hotel Policy: Check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon) and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability.
• Please ensure the exact names and ages of all passengers match their Government ID proofs at the time of booking to avoid entry denials during the safari.
• If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative hotel of a similar standard will be provided.
• For bookings with 3 persons sharing a single room, 1 room with an extra mattress or roll-away bed will be provided.
• The company is not liable for any accidents, loss/theft of personal belongings, or damage to luggage during the tour or safari.
• Important: After finalizing the tour cost, if there are any sudden hikes in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges mandated by the Government, the difference will be charged extra.
• We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational, weather, or administrative circumstances beyond our control.
• Please note that standard rates may not be valid for long weekends or festival dates (e.g., New Year, Christmas, Diwali, Holi). Holiday surcharges may apply.
