Our services are purely commercial in nature. We act as an independent tour package provider, coordinating with third-party service providers (such as hotels, resort operators, transport agencies, and local naturalists) to facilitate bookings, permits, and travel itineraries on behalf of tourists.
Wildlife safari permits are issued and regulated exclusively by the respective State Government Forest Departments. Our role is strictly confined to assisting tourists by procuring these permits from the government booking systems on their behalf.
We do not control the allocation of entry gates, specific safari zones, or permit quotas. All bookings are subject to direct availability from the government. We cannot be held liable if the government portal experiences technical downtime, changes quota limits, or rescinds booked permits due to administrative orders.
While our packages are curated to cover prime wildlife habitats and highly active regions, Jungle Safari Bharat does not guarantee tiger, leopard, or general wildlife sightings on any safari. Animal movement inside national parks is completely natural, unpredictable, and subject to environmental factors, weather conditions, forest paths, and seasonal changes.
