Safari Permit Rules

Governed directly by the Forest Department

All safari permits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
The original ID card (Aadhar, Voter ID, or Passport) submitted during booking is mandatory at the boarding gate.
Safari zones, guides, and drivers are allotted randomly by the forest authorities; we have no control over this allocation.
The park may be closed without prior notice due to sudden weather changes or VIP movements. In such cases, Forest Department rules apply.

Standard rules for all reservations

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to process accommodation bookings; full 100% is required for Safari tickets.
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Check-in times vary by property but generally follow a standard 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM schedule.
We are an independent booking platform and not the official government website. We charge a service fee for facilitating bookings.

Financial terms and conditions

Prices are subject to change based on Forest Department tariff hikes or seasonal hotel demands without prior notice.
In case of a payment failure where the amount is deducted but the booking isn't confirmed, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
Any additional charges (like camera fees or extra meals) must be settled directly at the venue.

Your responsibilities as a guest

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Management takes no responsibility for loss or theft.
Violation of any wildlife rules (like getting down from the Gypsy, feeding animals, or littering) will result in immediate termination of the safari and potential fines.
Any legal dispute arising out of bookings made through our portal is subject to local jurisdiction only.
