Important Rules & Guidelines

A wildlife safari is an opportunity to observe animals in their natural, undisturbed habitats. To ensure the safety of visitors and the protection of the forest ecosystem, all travelers are required to strictly follow the administrative rules, code of conduct, and safety guidelines outlined below.

1. Safari Do's (Recommended Guidelines)

To guarantee a safe and educational experience, all travelers should adhere to the following recommendations:

• Carry Original ID Proofs: Ensure you carry the exact original identity card (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport) used during booking for mandatory verification at the gate.
• Arrive on Time: Report to your assigned entry gate at least 30 minutes before your scheduled slot.
• Maintain Absolute Silence: Keep conversation to a quiet whisper to avoid agitating the animals or disturbing other travelers.
• Wear Earthy Colors: Dress in muted, earth-toned clothing (khaki, brown, olive green) to blend in with the natural surroundings.
• Follow the Guide: Always follow the directives of your assigned forest naturalist guide and driver.

2. Safari Don'ts (Strictly Prohibited)

Any violation of the following prohibitions is a punishable offense under the Wildlife Protection Act and may lead to immediate termination of your safari, cancellation of permits, and legal penalties:

• Do Not Get Down from the Vehicle: Alighting or stepping out of the safari Gypsy inside core or restricted zones is strictly prohibited.
• Do Not Litter: Avoid bringing plastics inside the park. Throwing bottles, plastic wraps, or paper inside the forest is strictly banned.
• Do Not Feed the Animals: Offering food to wild animals is illegal and hazardous to their natural diets.
• Do Not Play Loud Music: Playing music, using phones on speaker mode, blowing vehicle horns, or making sudden high-pitched noises is prohibited.
• Do Not Flash or Use Flashlights: Avoid using camera flashlights or intense spotlight beams directly on animals as it can blind or panic them.

3. Booking and Permit Policies

As a private booking facilitator, our reservation terms are guided by third-party lodging and forest department guidelines:

• Permit Conditions: Once confirmed, forest department safari permits are 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
• Random Allotment: Safari zones, naturalist guides, and vehicles are randomly allocated by the forest authorities; we do not influence this distribution.
• Advance Payments: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required for hotel reservations. Safari permits require 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in at most hotels and resorts is 12:00 PM (Noon), and check-out is 11:00 AM, subject to room availability.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Personal Liability

• Tariff Hikes: Package and tour prices are subject to change without prior notice in case of government-mandated increases in entry fees or forest tax tariffs.
• Baggage & Injury: Guests are solely responsible for their physical safety and personal belongings. We do not accept liability for injuries, illness, accidents, or loss/theft of luggage during the trip.
• Legal Disputes: Any legal dispute arising out of bookings facilitated through our portal is subject exclusively to the local jurisdiction of the city where our administrative office is registered.
